Dear Friends: BITTERROOT THERAPEUTIC RIDING and TOUGH ENOUGH TO WEAR PINK OF MONTANA have joined together to bring you a fun filled event – BIG SKY SATURDAY NIGHT starring BAXTER BLACK.  Many of you know Baxter Black from RFD-TV as a humorist, author and cowboy poet.  The New York Times described him as “probably the nation’s most successful living poet.”  What an extraordinary opportunity to see him perform live at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton, at the same time supporting the special needs riders at Bitterroot Therapeutic Riding and breast cancer diagnosis and treatment provided by Tough Enough To Wear Pink of Montana.

The main event – BIG SKY SATURDAY NIGHT – will be held on Saturday, August 7th at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton.  The day will start at 9:00 a.m. with a no-host breakfast and lunch available at the First Interstate Building.  Team penning competition will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is free to spectators.

Gates open at 4:00 p.m. for your pre-concert, no-host cocktail and dining pleasure.  A delicious selection of meals will be available from Johnny Carino’s Italian Grill, Jakers, and The Filling Station Grille with cocktails available from The Rainbow Bar.   BIG SKY SATURDAY NIGHT will kick off at 6:00 p.m. with the Kyle Shobe Band, followed by Baxter Black.

After the performance everyone is invited to the Fairgrounds First Interstate Building to continue the evening with a tasty meal and/or cocktails, and dance to the music of The Kyle Shobe Band.  Baxter will also be on hand to visit and autograph copies of his books. Additional charges for food and cocktails are at the discretion of the individual vendors.
